Thank you for shopping with Artsels.com. We strive to provide you with a satisfying shopping experience, and we understand that sometimes returns and refunds may be necessary. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy outlined below:
- Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Exclusions:
- Downloadable software products
- Any product marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Customer-service@artsels.com or to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) to Artsels.com, Attn: Returns Department, 3223 SE 5 CT, Homestead, FL 33033.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process a replacement or refund.
- Cancellations:
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is considered final, and our standard return policy applies.
- Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 50% may be applied to returns that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
